I'm part of a family plan and I thought I could just pay for my phones service and I would get service but I didn't and I would like to get a refund.

I am the secondary line and our service ended and I wanted to get my service back up so I payed for mine but the primary line has to pay to get all our service back. I want to get my money back from the account balance and wait for the primary account to pay.
