I ordered a phone on Saturday, knowing that Boost Mobile doesn't process orders until the following business day. However, Monday has now come and gone, and we are partly through Tuesday, and my order is still pending authorization. When I called support yesterday with my friend's phone (mine is broken, hence buying a new phone), they directed me to Paypal authorizations, who in turn let me know it was on Boost's Paypal manager (?) to capture the payment, and only then would the payment be authorized. Unfortunately, I don't have access to a phone today so I can not call Boost to try to sort this out, hence why I'm posting here. What can be done?
