The same thing happened to me over and over. I then decided to update my profile and add all missing information. At this time it is saying processing. It normally said cancelled. I can't say I will get the phone but I am moving forward. Hope this helps someone. Will update if I get the phone or they cancel my order.

Most of the time this is related to the credit/debit card. We advise you to make sure that the shipping and billing address are the same. Also, try to contact your bank to confirm that they didn't blocked the transaction for security reasons.
