To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".

Ordered iPhone X on Monday 3/16. Order was cancelled by Boost Mobile. Payment was not returned to my card. Went into a local Boost Mobile and was told to call customer service and they don’t answer the phone. (Unprofessional). I want my money back. Period. It’s been two days.
