I bough a phone off the website in January. It didnt work, was defective. I tried figuring out how to return it, was first told to wait for a return shipping label to be mailed to me. Waited 2 weeks, didnt get anything. Then I called and they said to just ship to them and I didnt need a shipping label or whatever it was they were talking about at first. So I ship it to them. That was almost 2 months ago, havent gotten any refund, or notice or anything since then. I have the tracking number from usps and it confirms it arrived there. Ive tried calling the 800 number and have been on hold for up to 5 hours and no one has answered in the last month, theirs no email to contact and theirs no chat function anymore. Its now impossible to actually contact anyone at boost. Ive never heard of a cell phone company having no way to contact them. I need my refund. Hoping someone might have some helpful ideas or maybe someone from boost will actually reply for once.
