Pending Authorization

I ordered a phone from Boost on the 21st. Later that morning I got an email from y'all saying that It said that Boost was unable to process the payment (the money is gone from my account by the way) due to an issue and I needed to call. I tried calling three times and could find no option to speak with anyone so I resorted to chat. They told me that everything looked fine on their end and that they were only waiting for the tracking number. And that I should have that by the end of the day. Well, it's the 25th now and it is still pending, my money is still gone. I would really appreciate some help with this. I was really looking forward to getting my phone.
