I have repeatedly explained to boost that i get a check once a month on the 3rd. I have been unable to get them to make my payment date the 3rd. I have offered to pay any difference to get my date to align with my payday but they refuse. Instead they offer me a grace period so by the middle of the month i already owe them for half a month. How can i fix this problem?
I know this is a super late response but figured it might help someone else in the same situation. What you need to do is call customer service and tell them you want to restart your plan, you will need pay the full amount of your bill to do this, your new due date will be whatever the date was that you restarted your plan... Note* if you're using auto pay with Grace period the money won't be deducted from your bank account till the end of your 14 day Grace period... I've restarted my plan several times because of service issues and once to change my plan date, I don't understand how none of the representatives never mentioned this to you... Smh, not surprised.
