Payment confusion

I have 2 phones. Normally I pay and covers both. They were due today and I paid like normal but it's not covering the main phone. I can't lose the phones. Health, life and death related reasons. How do I fix this? No number gives me a human. I used to have a way of chatting on a messenger, can't find it. No response on Facebook messenger, I private messaged EdwinRG and no response, and sent a support ticket. They said 24 hours to reply and I will lose the phone before that. Help me please. My mom is dying and I can't lose contact with her over this.
