Hi, one of my family member bought an iPhone Xs Max online in March, and it stopped working. Therefore we went to one of Apple's nearest store to us, but when we got there, they won't replace our phone because we don't have a receipt with a serial on it. I explained to the tech guy that we bought it online and only have the confirmation order, which is a digital receipt, but they refused to accept it and would only accept a receipt with the serial on it. What do I do? I went to the nearest BoostMobile near me, but they said they don't have enough authority to access/print a receipt for us.
