My account keep declining my debit card preventing me from making purchases or adding funds to my account. i have tried to add funds with 3 different cards and all 3 have been declined
Sorry to hear that, @Larryg612. Let's take a closer look at this. Are you trying to make the payment using the My Boost app or online? Are you getting a specific error message?
After selecting Submit Payment i get a red error message that reads
"Transaction has been declined. Please use a different payment method.
I have tried both the website and the boost app with no luck.
