This morning I have received this message in my email:
We see your monthly plan will expire in 2 days. If you would like to continue service, please pay $94.00 plus any other costs that may apply.
The only problem with that is that it was paid on November 4, 2019. I checked my bank account to make sure.
Oh! Now, I just got a text saying my payment is due in one day.
It's very annoying not to be able to get in contact with a person and get this straightened out.
I would appreciated someone taking the time to actually look at the records and then straighten this out.
