Paid for wrong number!! Anyone can help?

I went to pay my bill after canceling my husband's line on the account and I thought it was logged into my phone number and apparently it was logged into his so when I paid it went on to his phone instead of mine even though his account was supposed to be deactivated. How do we go about getting the money put onto my account?

No need to worry, Blondie117690! We’ve got you. Can you please send me a private message with your phone number and PIN number for both accounts? 

 

To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".
