Paid Bill and Changed Plan, but Service Remains Interrupted
My phone's payment was due yesterday, February 28th. This morning when I went to go pay it, I decided to switch to the $50 unlimited plan.
Everything went fine, and I even received an email and text confirmation, but after about 2 hours, everything stopped working.
At first I thought it was just my data (which would have made this the third time I've had data issues when resetting my plan), but when I tried to make a phone call, it told me my service was interrupted. The Boost Mobile website is not letting me log in on either of my devices, so I can't access my account information at this time.
It seems that every month for the past few months, I've been having issues when it came time to pay for my service.
I have already tried manually updating the PRL, restarting my phone, dialing # # 72786 # , and even removing and re-inserting my SIM card.
This is beyond frustrating, and I really don't want to be spending 50 dollars a month on a phone service that doesn't even function.
