So about 10 days ago I ordered 2 phones, a Galaxy s6 and a Galaxy S7 Edge for me and my aunt who I live with and we both switched to Boost from Simple Mobile. The order processed and we received both phones.
Now my other aunt who lives with me also wants to switch from Simple Movile to Boost so I ordered a Galaxy S8 for her.
Both orders are under the same names, both orders are shipped to the same address, everything is the same. Why is my order stuck in Fraud Precention?
I also paid $12 for 2 day shipping and i made sure I ordered at 10am EST and now it's almost 2pm and I feel like the phone won't be here tomorrow and her Simple Mobile phone's plan expired last night so she needs a new phone asap.
Can someone, anyone, help me and please explain why this happened? And please tell me if the phone is still shipping today. Thanks.
