I ordered a i phone from here on July 17 and it's not here , will I get a refund or will it still be delivered to my house?

Hello, I ordered a preowned iphone 6s om September 4th but when i checked the order status it says it was returned to the shipper because i did not put my apartment number on the order. How can I change/fix this?

To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".
