Hello! I have already combed through the forums and seen that most everyone of the last couple months has had the same problem.
I purchased a new phone yesterday while logged into my boost account and have not gotten a confirmation email containing my order number, thus preventing me from checking on the status of my sale/package!
Yes, I have checked my junk email.
Yes, I was logged in.
Yes, I have already been charged in full.
Can someone please assist me further? Thank you!
