Around 1 am my service was interrupted, So I immediately went and paid the bill online. Everything went through, and gave me the normal "wait 15 minutes to restore service" message. Well it's been over 4 hours, And only 1 of the 2 phones on my account are connected to the Network. The other phone has the LTE Bars with a ! Next to it. And then if you drag down the screen it says "Sign into Network, Boost Mobile". I've tried everything and it just will not connect. Everytime I go on the app or website for my account, it says they're performing updates or something. So I cant even sign into my account either. Anyone know what's going on?!
