I received an email on Thursday, 10/24 regarding my Boost account. Since I had switched to Verizon, Boost was kind enough to offer me a month free on their service. Unfortunately, due to the limited selection of phones Boost can actually be used on, I was unable to find a phone up until this point where i could take advantage of this service - a Boost Mobile branded LG Stylo 5. It is IMEI whitelisted and as far as I know, not on another account. If it was, it was sold in the past and no longer should be. What is the deal? I have gone nearly three weeks using wi-fi because of this BS and I will never be a Boost customer again if this is seriously how things are going to go in the future.
