Hello, my name is Claude. I recently bought a Pre-Owned Galaxy S7 and it was shipped by FedeEx on 03/08/2019. I received a tracking number. After waiting 11 days for any information from FedEx about what happened to my phone, I decided to get in touch with Boost Mobile only to find that my order was canceled and I was never notified of this. I am VERY curious as to whether I am going to have another Pre-Owned Galaxy S7, which I would prefer, or if I will be reimbursed for it.
