I ordered an LG Stylo 4 on January 25th and it arrived last night. It was laggy and slow immediately upon activation and I'd like to return it and get a refund so I can buy a different phone. Problem is, I have no idea how to talk to an actual person on the phone to get my return started. I have called two different customer service numbers, and all I get from both is the same automated voice telling me to choose one of the menu options, none of which have anything to do with returns or refunds. Please help asap!
