Need to cancel account

I recently started the process of divorce and my ex is trying to take me off his line through Verizon, so I’m switching back to boost. My daughter has an account through here, but I have to cancel because I can’t have 2 phone bills at the moment, so any help with cancelling her account would be appreciated.

I had tried doing that earlier, but unfortunately I can’t seem to find the option send messages anywhere.

To send a private message you simply go to one of our agents profile who you want to send a message to and hit the "send this user a private message" button. It's under their contact section on the right side of their profile, right next to their badges.
