NO PHONE ORDER CONFRIMATION

I ordered a new phone through the BoostUp program on April 30th and have not received an order confirmation/tracking for the phone. I did receive a notice of account change due to the BoostUP but nothing else. The money has been taken out of my account so I just want to make sure that the phone is actually on its way.

I have the same problem ordered a phone and didnt recieve order number or anything it took the boostup down payment off my card

Having the same issue, not in any of my email folders checked even the spam/junk mail.  Ordered a new phone on Dec 8th

I'm having the same problem...
I ordered a phone through boostUP. I havent recieved any tracking info. My payment was taken, and i got an email telling me my monthly billing amount has changed. I paid for expedited shipping and i ordered before 12PM. Email is not in my spam folder
