I bought a phone from the boost mobile site and I paid extra for it to ship to me faster but I never received it. I called Fedex and they said they delivered it but I never got it. I then called the boost customer support number and I was told to file a police report before it would be replaced. I called the police to try to file it but they told me that they won't do anything because it was Fedex's responsibility. I don't know what to do now, some help would be appreciated because this whole situation is very frustrating.
