If i currently have a plan but broke my phone, can i order the phone and receive it and then go into the store to activate it or will it be ready under my current account. If not then i'd need to cancel my order.

You can do it calling customer service dialing 888-266-7848, login into your online account here at https://myaccount.boostmobile.com/sign-in.html, visiting your nearest Boost Mobile store, or sending a private message to a Social Care representative here in the community.
