Hello there, I just moved to a different carrier because I was getting poor reception at my new apartment. I could have sworn that I removed my card and auto-pay setup from my account however I was just notified of a charge for this month. I'm sure this is more than likely my fault as the card was still on my account, I'm just wondering if it's possible to get a refund, as I didn't use any data yet and it's less than a day after the charge was made. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
