Interrupted service but asked to pay $0.00

I applied a $35 boost card to my account but it says that my service is currently interrupted and to add funds to restore my service, but under "Remaining due" is $0.00

How do I fix this? I cannot make calls or texts.

Hi there! Usually, this occurs when you activate an used/pre-owned device. There is a $10 reactivation fee, which is not shown on the "remaining due", since it is a one time payment. If you bought the phone pre-owned from our website, the $10 will be returned to you within 3 weeks. This applies for new activations (new number and porting). Otherwise, if you activated a new phone, or if you activated a pre-owned/used device on an existing account, feel free to send us a private message so we may take a closer look.
