Installment Billing Charge Payoff Confusion

So, I recently called the customer support line to ask to pay off the remaining payments of my phone paid for it and for whatever reason on my boost account history, it's just being read as a one-time payment for my normal phone bill. Is there a reason why or did something go wrong?

I called customer service to place the payment in the first place and made it clear I wanted it to be applied to BoostUP.

I had a similar issue. I was trying to pay for my Boost up phone and the money was sent to my account and is just sitting there..
