In need of Purchase Receipt

I bought a Samsung J7 (Refine) phone (08/31/18) using Boost Up and now the battery is draining faster than it can charge. I went to Samsung's site and they want a picture/pdf of my receipt before I can start the warranty process. Can I just print to pdf the pages on the View Installment Billing page? How do I continue, please?
