I need to cancel a phone order and I can't call customer service before the four hours are up
I have been trying to cancel my phone order for the last few hours. Now I hear that it will ship if I can't cancel it within 4 hours of the purchase? Does this extend past hours of operation? There should be an option to cancel pending phone orders placed recently on the order tracking page. I am sending messages to a few agents with the info that I assume will be sufficient based on others with the same problem.
