Hello, I have returned two iPhone 7 plus's back in February and met all the return policies. It is now May and have only received a refund for one phone. Boost Mobile keeps saying they need to investigate the 2nd phone before I can get a refund. It has been 2 months! How long do they need to investigate?? Now they aren't replying to my messages on Twitter. When I call, it takes at least 30 minutes before I actually speak to someone who understands me.
