I saw an "extra" $63.00 charge to my credit card from Boost Mobile. I called customer service and they could not tell me what the charge was, or why it was charged to my credit card. You would think in cases like this when the customer service rep could not answer a billing question there would be someone else who could. Maybe a supervisor could answer my question. The customer service rep told me to contact the bank that issued my credit card and ask them about the charge. So, the company that actually charged my card cannot tell me why they charged it, but the issuing bank of the credit card might be able to tell me? I told the rep Carolin that I was not paying the $63.00 and was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I do not see any way to actually contact Boost Mobile except through customer service or through this board. This is my written letter to let you know I am going to dispute the charge in writing with my credit card company.
