Denied Payment 5 Times or More 24-Hour Wait

My credit card was denied several times.  I called my bank & it wasn't them.  But when I called Boost Customer Service, 888-467-0890 (PRESS 5) I found out if you do it more that 5 times, you must WAIT 24 HOURS TO TRY AGAIN with that same credit card. I wish they would've printed that out online. 

 

If you have another credit/debit card, that would help but if you don't, you can buy a Boost Mobile card in the stores, pay with cash or wait 24 hours to use your credit/debit card. So, I'm off to buy a card and pay my bill this way so my phone will be on in a couple of hours.

Hi, Av8tress. If you attempt the same order multiple times per day – you will be declined. You should not attempt the same card multiple attempts same day as it could potentially indicate compromised usage.  We do that as a security measure to ensure no unauthorized orders are charged to your card.

That info should be up front instead of customers finding out the hard way. That's on Boost Mobile. Poor management. Had I known in advance, I would have gotten one of those Boost cards from Target.
