Credit on my account

I want to know why I was not given a one month credit on my bill. I have seen texts on people phone that boost sent saying" we have issued you a credit for this month bill" . I have been with boost before they were boost an before these people joined boost. Every company is offering at least one month free during this pandemic. Why isn't boost? I just want my bill credited as "PAID" please. It's due at the end of the month.

 Hi there! Sorry for the delayed response. Support is available from 6 am - 10 pm CST Monday - Friday, and from 6 am - 9 pm CST on weekends.

 

We were able to assist our customers affected with the pandemic with credits and even free months of service before. Unfortunately, that option is not available anymore.
