Charged twice

Hello, on the 22nd of this month I added enough money on my account to pay for this month's service due on the 27th and it went through fine.  Just today I decided to swap my device to my old Boost iPhone and a new $45 charge showed up in my account history and I am unsure if I have been charged twice or I'm reading the payment history wrong.
