I put in the $35 to pay my bill a week ago, and $10 more to purchase Tidal Premium 3 days ago, so my account balance is $45. I cannot add Tidal Premium through Boost's site, whether on my phone browser, Boost Mobile's app, or using an actual computer. Today, I find that I literally cannot pay my bill. The money is due today, but when i tell it to go through, I just get an error. I have tried chatting with agents. It doesn't help. There is no way to call anyone, and I'm not off work til 5 PM PST. I'm rather livid that my phone is going to be shut off despite me not only paying for it, but paying for it early. But I'm even more pissed that I can get absolutely zero support from this company.
