Canceled order

I ordered my iPhone 7plus yesterday , I checked the order status today & it says canceled but I never canceled my order ... I’m pretty sure it still charged my card I need help ASAP !! & I don’t know how to send a private message so please explain how

To send a private message you have to click on the profile picture of the user and on the next screen select "send this user a private message".
