Hey there, @Mlc0802! Thanks for contacting us. Just to confirm, when was the order placed? If it has been more than 4 hours, we won't be able to cancel it. Instead, the device will ship and you will need to contact us whenever it arrives, that way we can start a refund process. If it has been less than 4 hours, please send us a private message by clicking on my name, then selecting the option that says "Send this user a private message". We'll be waiting for you!
