It has been just over 4 hours. I’ve been trying to cancel through the phone line and chat but there was no option to do so. It hasn’t shipped yet.
Unfortunately, orders can only be cancelled within first 4 hours of being placed. You will either need to Refuse Shipment or if the device is delivered, you will need to Return handset.
That’s not what I’ve seen on other posts. Can I put in a cancellation request?

I have refused the shipment, it’s been about 5 days. How long should I wait before the money is refunded?
