Cancel an order

I need help canceling an order I got charged twice on... and I want to know the status for the order I actually need because I didn’t receive a confirmation number

Hey there @Lizziesorto When did you submitted the order? Did you check the Spam folder? Do you have an account with us?

Yes, but the problem is I was charged twice on the same order and the second charged did not have the coupon I had applied and only the second price was processed.
