Thank you for your help. I'm not tech savvy at all and am a bag of nerves choosing a new phone.
Boost Mobile sent a brand new iphone and it would not charge or turn on. I bought this phone on January 28, 2018 off their website. I took it to the Apple store, and they said that my Phone was activated on May 2017. So Boost is wrapping old phones and claiming them to be NEW ones. Apple gave me a new phone, but told me that I only had 3 months warranty because phone was activated on May 2017.
Beware of buying phones off their website.
