I have been a boost customer since the DAY they started there unlimited plan in 2007, ( that's 11 years ) and have 4 additional phone lines on boost that I have been paying on for the past 7 years. Currently pay about $210 monthly for all 5 lines. And I know I have paid well over 12 consecutive on time monthly payments. And have had multiple preapproved offers from sprint (plan & newest phone) even though I didn't finish contract with them back in 2003. Because of my loyalty to Boost but yet I am not eligible for boost up. What's up with that?
