Last night ordered a boost up phone, got confirmation, went to check status, it was cancelled. FINALLY the system allowed me to update my address and bday which i don't know why it was wrong in the first place! Went to order the item again got a confirmation number, lost it, did it a THIRD time and got Account is not Eligible for Prepaid IB Purchase. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR SITE????? I only wanted a newer phone.
