I have a phone that is glitching terribly and I am trying to Boostup on my account to get a new phone. I have tried placing my order multiple times and it keeps getting cancelled. Customer service has been NO help and suggested that I go to a store to process my transaction in person. I would gladly do that and have made a visit and/or call to several locations... but no one has a 128GB in stock. I shouldn't have to settle for mediocre service when I have been with Boost for years and have encouraged many of my family and friends to switch over. Does anyone know what causes the orders to cancel. My address is the same on my account and card, and I filled in every bit of info that they requested... including my social (which doesn't make me the most comfortable). Ugh, I am frustrated! If I have to go to Apple to buy my phone I will be cancelling my family's service and working my friends and family to do the same.
