Boost randomly made another transaction

Hi. I've been paying my bill on the 1st for years now. A half hour ago, I got an email about a transaction from Boost Mobile for $45. This meant that I somehow have to start paying on the 17th now. I never made that transaction official. I don't log into here that often. This means I'll be charged three times in a month and a half for two payments. Can anyone reverse the charge and have me back to paying on the 1st? Or at least, make that charge go towards the 1st instead? Thanks.
