Boost Mobile Charged - Expedited Charges when Free Shipping was picked
We recently ordered 2 phones that had Free Shipping options. We have order id that shows Free Shipping and with order amount and after 12 hours we received the email with order details with expedited shipping fees (which we did not order for) !
When we contacted customer service several times (with several calls on hold fore more than 30 mins , calls getting disconnected and call them back and explain every time .....) , they are indicating that, they will not refund the shipping charge amount .
Why should we need to pay for this fee when we ordered for Free Shipping
