Last year I utilized the Boost Up! program. I decided to send my phone back within the 7 day period but the contract is still showing active on my account. I'm VERY FRUSTRATED because I just want to new phone. I've been a customer since 2010. How do I get the contract closed so I can upgrade my phone???
