I have my account set up with auto pay and my account got charged twice this month. First i got charged on july 3rd and then again today. I have tried callimg costumer service but i keep getting that stupid automated service that does not give me an option to talk to a rep. I refuse to pay 90$ a month just because they want to be cute and not get their stuff together.
