$5 charge I didn't authorize

I got an email and text thanking me for signing up for $5 Mini-Me. I never signed up for anything extra and can't seem to remove it. What do I do?

To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".

I am also dealing with this. I was charged $5 for some minime video that I did not choose.
