Switching Phones

Yesterday we went to Best Buy and bought me a new phone (Blu Vivo XI+)... We bought it because it was one of the very few they had for Sprint.... But Im having a hard time getting my phones switched.... Any help would be appreciated. I spent 3 hours yesterday but it isnt even registering that i put in the IMEI to see if it is compatable. We bought the sim kit but I wont know which to use until I get this figured out

Hello Kylie20. Please verify if the phone is compatible with our systems by using our device identifier here. If the identifier shows it as incompatible, we will not be able to activate it. Otherwise, let us know and we can help with the activation.

I have tried that multiple times it just tells me to enter it again and when I do it says that something went wrong on your end and you guys are working out the kinks.
