I currently have a boost mobile account and am using a galaxy s8. I recently purchased a OnePlus 7 Pro and would like to use it - I went into a Boost store and was sold the correct SIM card, and now I am home trying to activate it. I have not put the SIM card into the OnePlus yet because while I am on the swapping phones screen, after I enter the phone's IMEI and the SIM card number, it displays a message "Something went wrong, please try again later" along the top of the screen. How am I to fix this so that I can use my new phone?
